Andy Durham

Andy Durham is an Elite USPTA, PTR and USTA High Performance Coach, having worked with ATP and WTA players in the US and in Europe. He also was a statistician for Wimbledon broadcasts for two years, working in analytics since the mid 1980’s. His coaching career began on public courts in the Midwest and lead to Directors of Tennis in the US and England. On the way, he recognized that unlike most other sports, tennis had no benchmarks or analytics, and that lead to a “Results Oriented” mentality. Most other sports were “Process Oriented”; runners and swimmers focused on reducing their times, basketball players focused on their shooting %. But there was nothing like that for tennis. The first computerized system exclusively for tennis was developed by Bill Jacobson when he introduced the tennis world to CompuTennis in the mid 80’s. Now we have our choice of many systems, however, most of which are financially out of reach for the average player. Therefore RacketStats was designed for families, coaches and players from Beginner to College.

We look forward to working with you.
